Day 9 - Last of the Tasmantids

We are nearly finished sampling the Tasmantid seamount chain. The oldest rocks in the hotspot trail should be dredged up in the coming days before we progress onto the Louisiad Plateau.

2 dredges

Today we had two dredges. One with all carbonates, and another with basalt samples.
